111SKIN grew from Dr. Yannis Alexandrides’ work at 111 Harley Street. Looking for skincare suited to his patients’ needs, he began developing a formula informed by his clinical experience.
The proprietary NAC Y2 complex became a foundation for that work. According to the brand’s history, interest in using the original serum beyond the clinic helped lead to the launch of 111SKIN in 2012.
Clinical inspiration, luxurious textures
The collection expanded into serums, creams and masks, carrying its clinical inspiration into a beauty ritual. Spa experiences and facial techniques provide another expression of the house’s identity.
Its character comes from this connection between a doctor’s perspective and sensory detail. The products are an introduction to the brand’s cosmetic skincare collection.
