Return & Cancellation Policy

At CosmoFactor, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, orders are sent to our fulfillment system immediately after you click Submit Order.
Because of this, we’re unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please review your items carefully before finalizing your purchase.


Return Policy

  • Within 30 Days: You may return new items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • 31–60 Days: Returns received within this period are eligible for CosmoFactor store credit.

  • After 60 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the delivery date.

Some exceptions may apply. Please contact our support team if you have any questions about eligibility.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened or if hygiene seals are broken:

  • Opened items that are not in closed initially and sealed as they were received
  • Underwear, lingerie, socks, and hosiery

We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and product integrity for all customers.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Care to request a prepaid return label.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. To speed up resolution, include photos if your item arrived damaged or defective.

  4. Ensure the return includes all original packaging, boxes, and tags.

Note: CosmoFactor actively monitors return activity to prevent misuse or fraud. We reserve the right to limit or decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.


Additional Guidelines

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:

  • There is evidence of excessive return activity or suspected fraud.

  • The item was not purchased directly from CosmoFactor.

  • The product is not returned in its original packaging or is missing components.


Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and for your refund or store credit to be issued.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
