Subscribe & Save (Auto Replenish) Policy
CosmoFactor’s Subscribe & Save option (also known as Auto Replenish) lets you schedule repeat deliveries for eligible products and save on most recurring orders. When available, you’ll see a subscription option directly on the product page. You can choose a delivery frequency, complete checkout as normal, and we’ll automatically process future refills based on your selected schedule.
Eligibility
- Most products are eligible for Subscribe & Save.
- If a product is eligible, the Subscribe & Save option will appear on that product’s page.
- Some exclusions may apply.
Discounts & Pricing
- Most Subscribe & Save items offer a 5% discount on recurring deliveries.
- Subscribe & Save discounts usually stack with other discounts, though exclusions may apply.
- Prices are subject to change. If the product price changes, your subscription renewals will update accordingly.
Delivery Frequency Options
We currently offer subscription frequencies of:
- Every 1 month
- Every 2 months
- Every 3 months
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Subscribe & Save orders from your My Account page after logging in. From there, you can review and manage your active subscriptions, including making changes to your schedule and subscription status.
Pausing & Cancellation
- You can pause your subscription at any time.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- There are no long-term commitments required to cancel.
Shipping Policy
Subscription orders follow the same shipping policy as standard (non-subscription) orders on our site.
