How to Use:

Prepare lips with All About Lips. Swivel up only 1/8" of the liner to prevent drying. Use the "dot-dot-dash" method by placing two dots on the upper lip’s bow and a dash on the lower lip, then connect. For extended lipstick wear, fill in lips with the liner before applying lipstick. Recap securely after use.
