Both run independently, so you can use one without the other. It charges over USB-C from a built-in lithium-ion battery rather than eating disposable cells. How to Use:
Charge fully over USB-C before first use. Clip the unit onto the top of the leash housing until it seats. Press once for the front light and again for the rear, or use them together. Wipe dry after a wet walk and recharge when the light dims.
