It opens tropical and sharp at the same time, pineapple and ginger set against powdery iris and cypress, which keeps the fruit from reading as sweet. Coconut runs through the heart, creamy and wrapped in wood rather than sitting on top of it. Sandalwood, tonka bean, ambergris and amber carry the dry-down. The bottle is the masculine torso in a midnight blue to black gradient with a single gold vine leaf, boxed in the green metal tin the house uses for the line. Made in France.

How to Use:

Spray onto warm pulse points, the inner wrists, the base of the throat and the chest, and leave the wrists alone afterward rather than rubbing them together. The intense concentration goes further than the eau de toilette, so start with fewer sprays than you are used to. It reads best in cooler weather and in the evening.
