Kai Shun Premier Tim Malzer Santoku Knife 18 cm
The Kai Shun Premier Tim Malzer Santoku Knife (TDM-1702) brings the classic Japanese three-virtues blade to the Shun Premier collection, hand-finished in Seki, Japan. Santoku means slicing, dicing, and mincing, and this 18 cm double-beveled blade excels at all three. A VG-MAX super-steel core rated 61 HRC gives a long-lasting razor edge, wrapped in 32 layers of Damascus steel for flexibility and corrosion resistance, with a hand-hammered tsuchime finish that releases food cleanly. The walnut-blended Pakkawood handle is resin-stabilized, waterproof, and balanced for fatigue-free prep, and ships in a branded wooden gift box. Hand wash and dry only.
