Opinel No. 10 Effile Slim Folding Fillet Knife, Beechwood
The Opinel No. 10 Effile is a slim folding knife handcrafted in Savoie, France, built around an exceptionally thin, flexible blade made for filleting fish and precise, delicate slicing. Its 4-inch Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade takes a keen edge, holds it well, and resists corrosion from wet or acidic foods, while the slender 1.5 mm profile flexes gently to glide flush along bones and cut clean, thin slices. The patented Virobloc locking collar rotates to lock the blade securely open for use or closed for safe pocket carry. A sculpted beechwood handle from sustainably harvested wood warms to the hand and gives a comfortable, secure grip. At just 1.6 ounces, it folds down to about 5 inches for easy carry, an elegant, practical tool for the kitchen, dock, or campsite.
