Schwarzkopf Igora Vibrance in 9.5-21 Ash Cendre is a demi-permanent toner for level 9 and lighter blonde hair that needs a crisp, cool finish. Its liquid-to-gel formula blends intense ash and cendre pigments to erase brassy yellow and gold tones, leaving a clean platinum ash-blonde canvas. The ammonia- and alcohol-free base deposits color without lifting the natural root, using up to 40 percent less alkalinity than standard color. A moisture complex with AQUAXYL guards against dryness and breakage while boosting shine, and vitamins B3 and B5 keep pigment uniform. It fades evenly over many washes with no hard regrowth line, and applies as a gel or liquid.
